How's your wellness?
First of all, what is wellness?
Well, @nationalwellnessinstitute defines it as 'an active process toward a more successful existence'.
Successful existence can be broken down into 7 parts:
Emotional, Intellectual, Physical, Social, Environmental, Financial and Spiritual.
Each have their unique powers and effects on your life. We each have our own individual wants, needs and desires. What's important to me may not be important to others.
By understanding your own wellness wheel can be the first step in moving toward a sustainable wellness lifestyle and where you to patch up the road ahead to everlasting wellness bliss.
