Ways to Make Sure Your Beliefs Don't Overtake Your Brand
Inspired by an Instagram Post created @magdalenahoranin.
Don't let your beliefs overtake your brand!
I've spoken a lot on my feed about biases, and how they can skew your judgement.
Just because you have an opinion or view on something, that doesn't make it a fact.
This is true in life as it is in branding.
Your opinion should never trump FACTS.
Facts are objective, they are proven truths.
Opinions are subjective, they can be true or false.
There's a definitive line. So before dive into a new branding idea, take a step back and think about these points to gain a truthful perspective on the situation.

When was the last time your creative beliefs overtook you in a project?
Let me know in the comments below.
I always struggle matching the design work to the level expected, I always want to deliver the best. But sometimes just delivering okay, good or better is just what the client wanted.
Anything beyond that is just a waste of time and resources. It's a tough pill to swallow but an essential for good business practice.
