The Accountability Ladder

Inspired by a graphic I discovered on Pinterest created by @sketchplanations.

How do you react when something goes wrong, or right?

The way you react to life's ups and downs says a lot about you as a person, and the results you may achieve after those ups and downs.

Often we don't have the power to control the world, but we are able to control our reaction to it - change the way we think and react to it.

The first step in that change maybe to discover where on The Accountability Ladder you are, then you can see how to move up on it.

On Sketchplanations website, they've got a great quote to go with this, by Erling Kagge:
"Most people underestimate the possibilities you have in life. And that’s a bit sad… But don’t underestimate yourself. Also, like I said: Get up in the morning."

Where do you sit on the ladder? And how do you plan to move up?
Let me know in the comments below.

I feel I'm already around a level 6 or 7, I'm always quick to try and solve challenging problems. I love navigating the ambiguity, searching for a solution - it is just the way my brain is wired.
