Stress Curve Performance
Inspired by an Instagram post created by @blessingmanifesting.
How stressed are you?
Low, High or Optimal?
Optimal!? Sounds a bit like an oxymoron, right?
Having the 'goldilocks' of stress levels where you're just stressed enough to keep you focused, creative and productive - will ensure you can work harder, for longer without burning out or losing interest.
If you're interested in all things wellbeing and mental health, told in super digestible chunks using a super bright and fun colour palette. This is the feed for you!
The Stress Performance Curve is based on Yerkes-Dodson Law - a fancy way of saying you generally perform better when you're working under optimal stress.
Understanding how stressed you are, and where you sit on this graph, can be important to understanding when you can do your best work.
We can't be productive all the time, but we can be more efficient and effective with that time.
Where are you on the Stress Curve today?
