The Elements of Great Strategy
Inspired by an infographic created by @franksonnenbergonline.
What makes a great strategy?
In business, design, brand or life - having a solid strategy is half the battle.
Thanks to Frank and these nudenotes, we now know the elements you need to create the best strategy you can.
Strategic thinking isn't something that comes naturally to most, it certainly didn't for me, and I'm still learning now.
Shifting your thinking from tactical to strategic thinking allows you to solve bigger problems, make more of an impact and charge/make more money from it.
When working on my projects, I always try to pull as many of these elements together as I can. The more elements you have, the clearer your thoughts will be.
It's like building a puzzle - each of the elements gets you closer to the perfect strategy.
Which element do you struggle with in your strategies?
Objectivity?
Knowledge?
Initiative?
Mass?
Economy?
Flexibility?
Unity of Leadership?
Security?
Surprise?
Simplicity?
Speed?
Communication?
Commitment?
