It starts at the begin of any project by ensuring you provide clear and concise instructions, ensuring all the team is aligned on goals and expectations.
During the project, avoid micro management, practice active listening, be specific and remain passionately detached and un-bias during critiques. Avoid meeting about projects individually, ensure all the people have all the information needed to work at their best - no one gets special treatment.
Remember, the goal of conflict resolution in the workplace is to ensure everyone can perform at their best. There should be no room for personal beefs, it helps no one. Focus on the work and what still needs to be done.
