Maybe it's time you changed your thinking cap...

Changing your perspective on a tricky problem you’re trying to solve can often unlock the solution.

This powerful tool of thought combines the emotions and skepticism in a way which can be very helpful in focusing creativity on developing the best solution possible.

This technique can also be used to make strong and informed decisions on things that may seem difficult to navigate at first.

Most of us default to one specific hat — my default is the process hat, number six.

One of my favourite design mantras is 'trust the process'.
