Imposter Syndrome

I can't remember where the inspiration came from for this spread - probably a random image on Pinterest.

Do you feel like a fraud?
Ever had those feelings of doubt?

Saying to yourself:
I just got lucky, I'm not as good as everyone else.
What if they realise I shouldn't be here?
My idea isn't as good as everyone else.

It's called Imposter Syndrome - it's that intense feeling that your achievements are undeserved, and you're going to be exposed as a fraud.

We all experience it at some points in our lives, but some of us deal with it better than others. Hopefully, these notes put you on the path of defeating your imposter syndrome, empowering you to be your true self.

Let me know in the comments below.

I always loved the "fake it till you make it" mentality, which always left a dishonest taste in your mouth. But then I heard Chris Do reframe the saying as "Believe it till you achieve it", which feels much more positive!

I love those little twists and word plays that change your mindset.
