Inspired by an infographic created by @wellnessexperiments. Head over to their feed for more awesome insights on health and fitness, all backed with science - bite-sized actionable stuff.
How resilient are you?
Do you smile in the face of adversity?
Flick the nose of overwhelming odds?
Or, do you fold, and run in the other direction.
Building your own resilience is one of the most important things you can develop to live a happy and fulfilled life - practising positive coping strategies and banish negativity.
Resilience isn't something you just switch on, it's like a muscle you build over time - it needs regular exercise to keep it in tip-top condition.
The best way to do this exercise is to incorporate it into your daily life, little and often.
The more you do this, the better you'll get, and your resilience will grow.
Which of these resilience hacks do you need most in your life?
Let me know in the comments below.
I've been doing some of these without even realising it - thinking back on it now, it's been a massive part of my personal growth and career successes. I hope these tips have the same effect in your life. :)
