What spaces do you need to create to become a successful leader?

Spaces? Yep that's right, spaces.

I found it really interesting to read about these five spaces, I never really thought of a leader as a 'social architect', but it makes perfect sense.

Any leader worth his salt needs to create spaces that empower their teams converse clearly, work effectively and grow as leaders themselves.
