Dean's Mac n Cheese

Inspired by a recipe from the @grillstock cookbook - with a few of my own tweaks.

nudenotes Friday Feast:
My Mega Mac 'n' Cheese, with bacon, cauliflower and spicy herby breadcrumb top.

Adding more bacon (everything is better with more bacon) and cauliflower (so it seems healthy… ish) into the Mac n Cheese mix.

The crumb on the top is spiked with a BBQ spice mix also from Grillstock and a sprinkling of mixed herbs to and a nice spicy crunch to the velvety cheesey mix.

This recipe easily feeds 4 people - so it's a great one for a Friday night to gather the family around the table (and friends when you can).

I definitely recommend grabbing a copy of the Grillstock book. If you love BBQ foods - it's full of drool inducing recipes!
