6 Reasons to Put Your Phone Away

I can't remember where the inspiration came from for this spread - probably a random image on Pinterest.

How much time do you spend with your phones?
Do you ever leave your phone behind?

Over the past few years, I've tried to make an effort to put away my phone.

During working hours, it goes in my desk drawer and only comes out on breaks
(if I remember to even look at it!)

I try not to carry it with me all the time when I'm in the house, and definitely try to avoid it before bed (but that's still tricky sometimes).

Sure I miss some texts, calls and notifications - but nothing that can't wait a couple of hours to reply too.
