There are 100s of books, blogs and videos on the subject. So many ideas and theories on what it takes.

Leadership isn't comes in many forms; good, bad, ugly and indifferent. Sometimes it's difficult to separate them.

But these three ideas are definitely on the good end of that spectrum, I love the idea in number 2:
Leading by example, instead of just commanding it.

It's always more powerful to show the path, and walk it, rather than point the way.
