Can you be mindful in the city?

As we start to go back into the cities and the 'new-normal' our minds can easily be overwhelmed by all the new stimuli.

As James McCrae says in his book:
"Living in a city is a spiritual test. The voices are many and the demands are urgent. Do this. But that. Listen to me. The city is full of distractions, pushing and pulling us in every direction."

I hope these nudenotes help you stay mindful whilst you're running around the city.

It takes practice and time to be mindful in the city, it's a muscle you need to exercise regularly to keep it in tip-top condition.

Remember, attention is power. Master your own attention and you'll master power.
